About Cult Nation
Cult Nation is a record label and artist management company. We help artists protect what makes them singular and build a world around it, from the first demo to the night a crowd sings it back.
The role
You’ll run Charlotte Cardin’s day-to-day through an international album cycle. She needs someone who knows which decisions are hers, can make the rest within the agreed plan and protects her time to create.
What you'll do
- Build a week Charlotte Cardin can actually live. Balance studio, rehearsals, press and travel with time to prepare and recover.
- Work back from each release and show. Bring in the right people early and flag conflicts before anyone commits time or money.
- Spot the moment worth capturing, the caption that sounds like her and the moment to put the phone away. Work with the content team to get it right.
- Be the daily contact for Parlophone and other partners. Coordinate North American promotion and align European requests with the international team.
- Run Charlotte Cardin’s weekly artist meeting. Bring a recommendation for each decision, agree on who owns it and follow through.
Who you are
- You’ve earned an artist’s trust with sensitive decisions and known when to involve senior management.
- You’ve managed an artist’s schedule across recording, releases and live dates.
- You’ve helped shape social content that an artist recognized as their own.
- You’ve resolved competing requests with labels or creative partners in French and English.
Bonus points
- You’ve worked a release across Québec and France.
- You’ve coordinated touring alongside an album rollout.
Who you report to
Cult Nation President, who leads Charlotte Cardin’s overall artist strategy.
