About Cult Nation
Cult Nation is a record label and artist management company. We help artists protect what makes them singular and build a world around it, from the first demo to the night a crowd sings it back.
The role
You’ll run release campaigns across the Cult Nation roster. A first single and an international album need different bets. When fans start moving on a song, you’ll help the team decide what deserves more time or money while the moment is still there.
What you'll do
- Turn each artist’s priorities into a brief with a clear audience, budget and definition of success.
- Work back from release day. Agree on dates, owners and approvals with the people doing the work.
- Brief the Creative Studio and coordinate artist approvals with day-to-day management. Keep the artist’s voice intact across every format.
- Bring digital, social, radio, publicity and label partners together around one rollout. Resolve competing demands before promising people or money.
- Track spend and fan response while the campaign is live. Recommend what to amplify, change or stop, then carry what worked into the next release.
Who you are
- You’ve led a music release or cultural campaign from the first brief through the results.
- You’ve managed overlapping campaigns and made trade-offs within a budget.
- You’ve changed a live campaign because of something the audience did and can explain what happened next.
- You’ve briefed creative teams and led partner conversations in French and English.
Bonus points
- You’ve worked inside a label or artist management company.
- You’ve coordinated a release across multiple territories.
Who you report to
Cult Nation President, with brand direction from the Fractional Brand Marketing Director.
